Decks on every level allow you to see the sunrise in the front and sunsets from the back of the house. A well-organized open kitchen with beautiful granite countertops allows you to eat in if you should so choose. The kitchen, with an electric range, has a bar, breakfast room, and separate dining room. The screened porch provides additional space for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful breeze. The recreation room with a foosball table, game table, and television provides the perfect getaway room for teens, children, and adults, too! The screened porch overlooks the bay and pool area.

The beautiful backyard swimming pool (Open 4/25/25 to 10/3/25) is fenced for security with a shady deck. Summer 2026: Pool opens by April 24 and ends on October 2).
