The dining table, side center table, and kitchen counter can accommodate 28 guests, making this a spectacular choice for a holiday gathering! A half bath is located in the hall near the den area, as well as a wet bar with a sink. There is one bedroom on the middle level, a king main suite and a bathroom, including a 42 x 72 whirlpool tub, correct vanity height for wheelchairs, as well as a 48-inch roll-in shower. This suite offers deck access to the spacious wrap-around deck and hot tub. Deck furniture scattered around will provide the perfect seating arrangements for anyone, depending on whether they want a sunny or sheltered location with a spectacular ocean view, or prefer a sunny place to sit overlooking the pool.
