Welcome to Ocean Heart, a spacious eight-bedroom beach house with three levels of modern living space and stunning sunset views over Back Bay. Recently updated, the home features fresh paint, revarnished steps, new outdoor furniture, a new display case, and beautiful landscaping with rows of rosemary bushes.
The 2025 upgrades include two leather sectional sofas in the third-floor living room, seven new leather chairs in the bedrooms, a pergola over the hot tub, 20 new dining chairs, fresh artwork, and new appliances including an A/C unit, a dishwasher, two French door refrigerators, and a new water heater.
Each level offers bedrooms and gathering areas, perfect for large families. Relax on expansive decks overlooking the fenced pool, hot tub, and dock, or take a short walk to the beach. The great room is ideal for family time, featuring granite countertops, double appliances, and ample dining space. Two suites with private baths are on the top floor, while the middle level has three suites and a child-friendly bunk room, all with accent lighting and TVs. The lower level includes a kitchenette, game table, and two bedrooms with easy access to the pool area.
Enjoy sunny and shaded spots on the decks with panoramic views of the bay and incredible sunsets. Ample parking makes this home the perfect choice for your family vacation.

Things to Know
This home has a dedicated cleaner for the entire summer and there will not be any cleaning issues.
The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.
In response to previous reviews regarding mold, we want to assure you that this property has had a thorough remediation process, followed by comprehensive testing that confirmed the absence of mold. We continuously strive to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety at this property.

If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay in Sandbridge I would absolutely recommend Ocean Heart. The views of Back Bay from this house are spectacular. The house has a firepit and hottub that our family enjoyed so much. Our walk to the beach was short and easy. The lighting in this house if over the top. Shades of blues and greens in every hall and bedroom. The house was very clean and had lots of dishes for any kind of cooking. My daughter got married at the Baja that weekend and we were just s short trek to the venue. The neighbors were both year round residents and were very quiet, never complained, even though we had some late nights. Ocean Heart will melt your heart!

We had a wonderful time. The property had everything that we needed and the property management was very responsive to our needs.
The only suggestion I have is that the pots and pans needs to be replaced with new ones.
We would stay in this property again.

The house is fantastic and suited us well. The outdoor pool area is what really set this house apart. We loved all the outdoor activities and the view of the bay is amazing. Only complaint would be the slow internet and the narrow walking space in the kitchen but neither is any big deal. Would rent here again.
