At Water's Edge offers her guests loads of amenities to add comfort and delight to your stay: a great room large-screen TV, over 200 DVDs spanning titles suitable for all ages, bedroom TVs, ocean-side outdoor seating/dining areas that accommodate 20+, two outdoor grills, gorgeous 'Built-to-Last' deck furniture, nicely landscaped with easy parking for eight+ vehicles, enhanced game room that features a big-screen TV, foosball, pool table, Ping-Pong, tabletop classic arcade game, refrigerator, and mini-bar/seating area, and three conveniently located outdoor showers for easy clean-up.

Home was very clean and the view of the ocean was awesome, we were able to see the dolphins from the deck and watch the sun rise in the morning. The layout of the home worked out well with our family, and I would recommend this property. The only down side was the batteries that operate the fans need to be replaced some of the fans would not work. Over all would book this again.

This was our 2nd time renting At Water's Edge. The house is perfectly set up for our family of 12 that includes my husband and myself, our 3 kids and their spouses, and our 4 teenage grand kids. The upstairs deck that overlooks the ocean is perfect for my husband who is not a beach person, but he enjoyed sitting out there reading and looking through the binoculars at dolphins, boats etc. We made full use of the pool and hot tub also. The kitchen was so well supplied with every dish, glass and cooking utensil that we needed. This was a true Vacation of relaxation and spending time together as a family. Our only disappointment was that they were not finished cleaning the house when we arrived. We were told the family before us had left late which held them up, but the women were so accommodating as we waited out on the deck to stay out of their way. They made sure to do the bathrooms and kitchen first so we could get our cold groceries in the fridge and make use of the bathrooms! We will definitely be back again!!
