Beautifully furnished with your vacation in mind, this property allows every guest to watch the sunrise over the ocean and witness the amazing colors of the sunset on the Back Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail from the balcony directly off of the living area or just sit, relax and enjoy the warm breeze and ocean waves.

The Great Room offers plenty of seating for the whole family to relax and catch up on the day’s activities. Watch a movie on the Large Screen TV w/ DVD Player or binge your favorite shows with the included cable service and Roku login availability. Also provided is a fold out table perfect for puzzles or game night! There’s even a small working fireplace for you to cuddle up by and read a good book or enjoy a quiet moment of serene peace overlooking the ocean waves.

Kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook those family meals There is a Keurig and drip coffee pot for that required cup of morning joe. Plenty of room for groceries in the large walk-in pantry.

The Master Bedroom Suite with a large King Size bed is comfortable and spacious enough to spread out after a fun day at the beach. There’s a sliding glass door that opens directly to the beautiful balcony. Roku TV and cable on the wall mounted TV and large walk in closet with luggage rack, dresser and extra pillows and blankets.

In the second bedroom, you’ll enjoy a Queen Size bed and plenty of closet space for your beach attire. There is also a twin daybed. And, of course, a wall mounted TV with cable access.

Lastly, there is access to a Garage Storage Closet to drop off all those sandy beach items before returning upstairs.

Local attractions include: two parks just to the south. Little Island Park has tennis/basketball and fishing pier. Back Bay National Refuge includes miles of walking/biking trails and boardwalks through the wetlands. Several public golf courses within 20 minutes.

Linen and towel package included. Use of condo amenities include: 3 Outdoor Swimming Pools (open mid-May to mid-September), 2 Fitness Centers, and a Hot Tub (open mid-September to mid-May). Free WIFI. Limit 2 Parking Passes Per Unit. No Smoking (only in designated garage areas) and No Pets allowed.

Please note: The Sanctuary Hot Tubs will not be opening in 2021.

There is elevator construction happening in Building A, to be completed in two phases. They will be replacing two elevators in each phase.

Phase 1: replacement of Elevators 2 and 3
Phase 2: replacement of Elevators 1 and 4
Please be prepared for loud drilling and construction during this project.

Other projects including painting and breezeway remediation are scheduled to begin in February 2022 and end in June 2022.

The roof replacement project on Building A is primarily scheduled to occur between October 2021 and May 2022. An allowance of weather or construction delays should be taken into consideration. Dates are subject to change but should not affect summer rentals. Please ask our staff for the most up to date information.

Setup of resort allowed for social distancing. Generators powering kitchens are great contingency during hurricane power outage. Many features unavailable hope to return at a time when things are back to normal.

Loved at this property for almost 7 months during the off season. Jen and the Sandbridge Real Estate were great at apprising the residents of any updates in the complex like changes in the mail room policy and updating on codes for the gym and parking. Never once had a problem with maintenance, the shared facilities like the gym or parking spots. A very private location at the end of Sandbridge and nearly empty during the winter months which was nice for relaxing. Building was extremely clean, especially during COVID. Was very pleased with my stay and grateful for the chance to be able to live at the beach!
