From the second story, you'll find yourself relaxing in style with views of both the beach and bay from an extra-wide wraparound balcony. But with the added convenience of being just steps from one of the three large heated pools, offering beautiful landscaping, large Viking gas grilling stations, and numerous teak wood outdoor seating arrangements.

Three bedrooms, all with TVs and DVD players, and two full baths, along with plenty of bright and open space including a beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, bar, a large dining table, all open to the family room with a large TV and DVD and cable, with ample seating, and upscale comfortable furnishings throughout, and now with a pool table! Enjoy a view of a spectacular sunrise over the Atlantic Ocean and beach from the balcony then when the sun starts to set you won’t want to miss the absolutely stunning sunsets over the bay. Also included in this beachy vacation condo is a well-equipped kitchen and a full-size washer/dryer.

There are top-of-the-line Viking gas grills located in the courtyard area. Looking for something to read? Head over to the serene library. Visit the state-of-the-art exercise room for a good workout alongside TVs, equipment, and machines. Enjoy the beautiful stretch of beach with no road to cross!

Things to Know

The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
