Welcome to Happy Casa, your basecamp for your ultimate outdoor adventure or the relaxing beach vacation you’ve long been dreaming about–or both! Spend quality family time in this condo that boasts an open-floor plan, has three private balconies, and is sandwiched between Sandbridge Beach and Back Bay. Take advantage of the large covered hot tub, barbeques, and pool just a few steps outside your door.

Hang out in the family room by snuggling up on a comfy sectional that has ample seating for everyone. Reconfigure it for your family movie night on the large flatscreen HD TV with a theater sound system. Interact with loved ones as they play games on the dining room table, whip up a meal in the kitchen, and have a snack at the bar height kitchen counter pass-through.

A fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of cabinets and pantry space means less hassle and more time to vacation. Use the modern stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and everyday conveniences for easy meal-prep. Have the family chef create memorable dinners using local seafood and produce purchased from one of the many local farms around the area reachable within minutes. Make your morning brew using a drip or Keurig coffee maker and blender for afternoon and evening cocktails.

Enjoy spectacular sunsets overlooking Back Bay from three balconies. Use each for whatever your heart desires, whether it is to have an evening cocktail, sip your morning coffee, snuggle up with a good book, or do yoga. Spend time with the family on the main large balcony or sneak in some quiet time on the one connected to the primary bedroom.

Unwind in the primary suite that has its own bathroom and balcony. Feel at home with a queen-sized bed, large desk, comfy chair, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, roomy closet, and large dresser. Get comfortable in the spacious second bedroom that has a queen-sized bed, private access to a bathroom, flatscreen TV, large dresser, and lounge chair. Have a slumber party in the third bedroom that includes two twin-over-half bunk beds, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and sizable closet.

Keep your packing to a minimum by throwing in a load of laundry using the full-sized washer and dryer. Use the condo association’s three outdoor swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two indoor fitness centers, and a quiet library to sneak in some work.

Things to know
No smoking and no pets.
Please note that there is extensive construction occurring in buildings A & B including elevator and roof replacement, exterior painting, and breezeway remediation. During this time, you may hear loud construction noise during your stay. All installations and upgrades should be concluded by June. While Sanctuary’s pools and the fitness center are scheduled to be open from Memorial Day Weekend through October 2nd, the condo association has the right to close the pools at any time due to weather or repairs. The Sanctuary hot tubs should open in the fall.
