This condo is a luxurious and spacious oceanfront beach retreat with plenty of room to comfortably accommodate everyone. The living room is surrounded by a large private wraparound terrace offering magnificent ocean views. Some of the luxury amenities we have included for your convenience are a leather sectional, luxury mattresses, two queen main suites, a designated bedroom for kids of all ages, a full-size bedroom for those that prefer not to climb, gourmet kitchen amenities, high-tech electronics including free WIFI, a high definition widescreen TV in the living room with a state-of-the-art surround-sound audio system with an entertainment outlet on the wall to easily connect your laptop, iPod docking station, high-definition wall-mounted TV in the main bedroom, and an integrated DVD player in every bedroom. The loft room has a game outlet built into the wall so bring your game consoles!

The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, an upgraded stainless steel stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a full range of small appliances for your convenience (standard and mini food processors, toaster oven, blender, etc). The cabinets are equipped with utensils, dishes, and specialty glassware to meet your every need. Attention to detail is evident in everything from hair dryers, books, games, DVDs, CDs, luggage racks, extra closet shelves, and more to delight guests young and old. Enjoy the beauty of Sandbridge in this extraordinary oceanfront retreat!

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September), two libraries, and two fitness centers.

Amazing! The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable and the kitchen lacked for nothing! Best beach experience ever. Great furniture too in excellent condition and well appointed.Great sunset views too!

We’ve stayed in Las Brisas twice & have enjoyed both of our stays. The location of the condo unit is convenient to the beach, & the views from the deck are great. We watched the dolphins playing every morning!
Our only complaint is with the property management company. When we made the reservations, we were told that the pools would be open. However, when we arrived, they were closed because of COVID, & we were not informed ahead of time & did not receive a discount.

We were concerned about going to the beach during the pandemic but The Sanctuary was perfect! We felt very safe. Our family of 10 ranged in age from 4 to 71 and everyone had a good time. It didn’t matter that the pools were closed because we had the ocean at our door step.

A very nice unit. The set up allowed for plenty of room for a visit with our two grown children and their families. The kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely stay there again. The view from the porch was wonderful to wake up to!
