Head downstairs and choose from three different in-ground pools with multiple top-of-the-line Viking gas grilling stations, and more than enough teak outdoor tables and chairs to comfortably accommodate everyone. Grill up some surf and turf and let the kids splash around in the pool! With just a quick ride down the elevator, your toes will be on the sandy shores of the Atlantic, right on the wide, beautiful beach in Sandbridge. Take a drive or bike ride and tour the wild beauty of Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, where you'll experience untouched, natural sand dunes, bald eagles, Herons, Sea Turtles, and all the unique beauty Back Bay has to offer. The Sandbridge fishing pier is just next door and you can fish in the surf. Across the street right on the bay is The Baja Restaurant, a local favorite and a fixture in Sandbridge for more than 30 years, offering a fantastic menu and bar. Watch the locals boat up for an evening of fun and enjoy some great music too! Even on a rainy day, there is plenty to do: hit the top-of-the-line fitness rooms on-site. With just an easy drive, you can explore the Virginia Marine Science Museum, where you'll see sharks, seals, and can even pet the stingrays in the ray pool!

Things to Know

The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.
