The living area is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a large TV perfect for movie nights, streaming your favorite shows (Netflix subscription not included), or unwinding after a fun day at the beach. Enjoy friendly competition at the foosball table located in the living space. Open the sliding glass doors and step onto your private balcony to experience breathtaking sunset views over Back Bay while enjoying the fresh ocean breeze.

The fully equipped kitchen makes preparing meals easy and enjoyable, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, a large pantry, and plenty of storage space — perfect for cooking fresh local seafood or sharing meals together.

The primary suite offers a peaceful private retreat with a luxurious king bed, private bathroom, TV, spacious walk-in closet, and direct balcony access — ideal for morning coffee or quiet evenings outdoors. Bedroom two provides flexible sleeping options with a comfortable queen bed plus a twin daybed and twin trundle, making it great for families or additional guests. Both bedrooms include TVs for added comfort.

For convenience, enjoy a full-size washer and dryer so you can pack light and refresh your beach essentials anytime. A dedicated storage unit in the garage provides space for beach gear and personal belongings.

As part of The Sanctuary community, guests have access to three sparkling swimming pools, two fitness centers, and outdoor grilling areas — delivering a true resort-style experience with exceptional amenities.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Do not move furniture between rooms.
Streaming is available using your own accounts.
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

We had a wonderful experience. The Condo was just like home. We was located right by the pool entrance. Everything seem to be very convenient. My son loved the grills by the pool so he could grill out every night. We will definitely plan another vacation here early in the season the weather was a little cool nothing you could do anything about.

We had a nice stay in Summer Breeze. The beach chairs, boogie boards, sun canopy and beach wagon were awesome! Save yourself the car space and leave yours at home.
The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was missing a few items but most beach rentals are. :) Take your own: food storage containers and baking dishes (13X9).
Super inconvenient that the elevators weren’t working and never saw anyone trying to fix them. Thankfully we only had to carry our belongings up 1 floor. We were disappointed that the pools weren’t open but understand that it was out of the condos control. I do wish the Sanctuary had more Covid related info/updates on their website.
