Slow down your busy schedule with a relaxing beach vacation at this classic coastal cottage. With a simple layout, comfortable furnishings, a breezy screened porch, and great beach access, you are sure to feel rejuvenated after your stay! The upper main level of Three Knots has an open great room and a kitchen/dining area, with both kitchen table seating and counter bar seating for your convenience. The ample cabinet storage will allow you to prepare your favorite summer meals and enjoy them on the screened porch while listening to the sound of the crashing waves and soaring sea birds.

Four bedrooms are located on the main level. There is one queen bedroom with a TV, a second queen bedroom, and two bedrooms with two twins each, one with its own TV. Each side of the great room has easily accessible full baths. The lower level offers a great place for older teens or relatives, with outside access to a bedroom that has a queen, a twin/twin bunk, a flatscreen TV, and a Ping-Pong table.

Located in the quiet North end of Sandbridge, Three Knots is a simple and easy choice for your care free beach vacation! Amenities include flatscreen TVs in the living room and three bedrooms, a screened-in porch, a gas grill, a DVD player, and high-speed WiFi.

Three Knots isn't fancy, but it provides beach lovers a great place to stay to enjoy one of America's best beaches - Sandbridge. The interior is classic beach cottage - lots of dark wood. The bedrooms are small, but clean and the amenities (WiFi, Internet, TV, A/C, etc.) all work very well. We used the ground level apartment as an office for those who needed to work remotely and to store things we didn't want to carry upstairs. The screened-in porch was a nice feature when we had some rain. Plus the gas grill was under cover, making it convenient to cook there in inclement weather. Three Knots was a backup location for us as we had to cancel a previous week due to illness at the house we've rented for the past seven years.

Perfect affordable house just one row back from the beach. Also, literally steps away from the public access. Comfortably slept 9 adults and 1 infant. The best part of the house is the screened in porch. After a day on the sand everyone can sit out and enjoy the ocean breeze. Plenty of room for games and gathering. The lower level was perfect for my wife and I and our adult children had the top level to themselves. the house itself is old school beach cottage but for the price and location it is a winner. Definitely would NOT hesitate to book this property again. The no-contact check in could not have been easier. Drove up, gave our name and received our packet. NO WAITING !!! Thank you Sandbridge for a great week.

The street dead ends so there is not much traffic. Book soon or $omeone will buy this gem and tear it down to build a monstrosity of a castle and price us out of Sandbridge forever .
